Expressive features on an actress is to be coveted and CATHERINE WARNER has invitingly, compelling attributes that stirs hearts. This can be seen in the number of reviews praising her heavenly personality, especially those reflecting on her performance in the tense short film “Earrings”. From the subtle, multi-layered execution of her tragic role to impressing as the leading lady in what was essentially a limited-dialogue content, CATHERINE made believers out of several independent film buffs. At Shockfest 2012, she is again one of the leads of another short “Nibble” which this time delves into horror territory. While we have yet to see a trailer, the synopsis points to a creature feature and tells of a typical young man who apparently has something living in the confines of his walls at home.
It will intriguing to find out how CATHERINE fits into the story and we may just find she’s on course to hypnotize us once again. With the phenomenal success of “Boardwalk Empire”, there’s plenty of room for Prohibition era features and “Bloodshed Love” is banking on that sweet spot to keeps things fascinating. Shannon McDonough plays the divine Becky Darling and she comes between 2 men which is not a first when it comes to love. This shouldn’t be a surprise considering how heavenly Shannon is on camera and most of us will very likely vie for her affection. She’s also so accommodating to her fans and has so kindly given me the peek into her future projects. It’s the pinnacle of anticipation when so many enchanting faces such as TERI REEVES are about to heat up our weekdays. She’s one of the stars of “Chicago Fire”, the brand new series that’s set to stoke the flame in many a heart. TERI plays Dr. Hallie Casey, a stunning resident in the ER who provides the romantic angle as can been seen in her relationship with firefighter Matthew (Jesse Spencer of “House” fame). Warner Bros. may have Rachael Taylor as a foxy manager on “666 Park Avenue” but in the steamy locale of Chicago, TERI is the hottie with the scrubs who we will warm up to in a hurry! Her most heavenly eyes can give Rachael’s a run for her money anytime! TERI’s character is as much a savior as the fireman and EMT crew in what will amount to gripping drama for viewers.

Swooning over Australian actresses with regularity is a bona fide pleasure and the vivacious charmer CARMEL SAVAGE makes adoring her a breeze. Not only is this cherubic cutie photogenic, she has an encompassing appeal that’s heavenly. She’s one of the leads in “The Killage” which is the opening feature at the Bram Stoker Film Festival on Friday 28th October and the very occasion to catch the up and coming CARMEL. In the film, she’s all opulent conceit as Hannah, the yuppie bitch who is in a party of 11 recruits on a work retreat where a killer lurks within one of them. ‘Why so serious?’, the now iconic phrase uttered by Heath Ledger would be the apt illustration of the direction this Aussie Comedy/Horror takes. We’ve seen a new breed of slashers that have reinvented the wheel recently (Tucker and Dale Vs Evil, Detention come to mind) and “The Killage” capitalizes on its amusing personification of horror stereotypes. CARMEL is delectable in the trailers (above ) and it’s great to see the princesses of indie horror embracing their femininity more than ever, provoking desire and attentive captivation.
Her performance in another horror flick “Still Waters” which was an Official Selection at the recent Cannes should generate even more buzz for this sweetie. Like how Teresa Palmer transplanted herself from Australia to LA to become a sensation, CARMEL is aiming to go from hometown honey in her native Queensland to Hollywood Hottie as she pursues a bright career ahead. By now most have heard how Director Baz Lurhmann tapped a newcomer from Melbourne to star alongside Leonardo Di Caprio in “The Great Gatsby” and that’s why we need to keep our pulses on Miss CARMEL SAVAGE, Aspiring Starlet.
