From what I’ve heard she partakes in a very saucy scene which should add even more heat to proceedings. Guess Jennifer Lawrence is not the only babe in this offbeat romantic comedy which recently won the People’s Choice Award at TIFF 2012. Just by looking at her, one can deduce that BREA has an inviting smile in keeping with her charming personality. If you’re looking for a dedicated talent with the affable effervescence, BREA BEE is an obvious choice.

It’s fascinating when an immensely gorgeous actress goes against type and emerges thoroughly likable. Katherine Norland does just that and more in the hilarious short “Wordless”. Her transformation to middle-age woman to get into character as Penelope Jones, a lonely middle aged woman trawling for excitement on the web via a Scrabble-like game is amazing. Her ability to do physical comedy without being stiff makes her enchanting to watch as she channels her inner dorkness in the comedy. Don’t miss her in “Wordless” on Sep 29th at 3:30pm and Sep 30th at 5pm. It is a part of the “For Shorts and Giggles” screening.

You have got to love the twitter profile of LULU BRUD which describes her in a nutshell: Actress, writer, producer and Shape Shifter. Note the last embodiment of her craft where LULU has always thrive, effortlessly played a host of characters. Her latest film is a story of pain, loss and love entitled Cherry Waves and sees her enveloped in a lesbian romance. Set against the world of underground street we see 2 women with differing backgrounds coming together for a lifelong passion and for each other. One of the more intense roles she’s done yet expect her to be a knockout and catch the eye.

Just as she proves in “Blind”, Jolie Jenkins can prove to be a welcome distraction we would love to know. In the short film, this cutie does indeed captivate a man who is waiting for his blind date at a coffee shop and becomes ‘The One’ he’s always craved in a dream woman. Jolie is definitely someone who is so irresistibly pleasing, there’s no excuse not to feel enamored. Recently a string of roles on TV in shows such as “The Exes”, “Body Of Proof” and “Criminal Minds” would have put her on the ascendancy. All i can say is the signed autograph she sent me from LA is going to get even more valuable…:)

The reason we so often covet indie darlings is because of their innateness to be different. Individualism has become an acquired taste and Angela Trimbur has a magnetic quirkiness deserving of adulation. She’s been lauded as a comedian, actor, dancer, writer, and all around smile creator. The short film “Love and Germophobia” will be another example of her scene-stealing loveliness. However, her most highly anticipated appearance will surely be on the upcoming Season 6 of “Californication” next year. For now we’ll be continually fed on a steady diet of the memorably funky gal Angela Trimbur.

I first saw Amanda in “The Myth Of The American Sleepover” and was awe-struck. Then she went and appeared on the hit show “Mad Men” cementing her status as a hot newcomer to watch. Now she returns to her indie roots in “Angela Wright” as Courtney, the classmate of the lead character who’s having issues with the notion of cheating on her exams. I bet Amanda will take on the role of instigator in the drama and not of the sweetheart this time around. No matter, this alabaster-skin actress has the willowy appeal many have already found to be enticing which means we’ll be perpetually returning to watch her onscreen.

We’ve seen our perception of a Hillbilly serial killer turned on its head in “Tucker & Dale vs Evil” and “Nowhere Road” takes it on a completely different direction with Jen’s wonderful obfuscation of appearances a measure of her acting finesse. Plus we do get to see Jen stripping down to her undies, her voluptuous va-va-voom body being another reason to crave this impressive talent.

She had very different roles in each yet ultimately we were mesmerized every time she took to the screen. More so since she also headlined the soft-core film “Score” that involves lesbians, partner switching and even simulated sex scenes. On top of being a former Playboy Bunny and Cover Girl, she has been one of the most captivating figures in cult cinema. Kudos to the Cult Fiction Drive-In Convention for having Lynn as a Special Guest. Active in movies once more, a series of exciting projects such as “The Super” and “Torture Chamber” will have us swooning..:)

Equal parts fun and frightening, the entertaining shock value from these 3 films never gets old. Watching a Hot Blonde Scream Queen such as Dee Wallace is essential and she’s proven her worth as a versatile actress throughout her illustrious career. While she’s been going the drama route playing an adulterous wife in “Bedrooms”, horror will always be in her heart as she’s set to star in indie thriller “Sebastian”. Unequivocally, she’s one accomplished entertainer.

I might have been only a child when “The Warriors” was released in 1979 but till today it is regarded as a sensation. Constantly raved about, its controversial gang themes propelled “The Warriors” to Cult Classic status and amazingly had a PS2 beat-up action adventure game created in its honor! As you know, Deborah Van Valkenburgh was a scene stealer as Mercy, the prostitute who gets cosy with Swan, the leader of The Warriors. Her supermodel good-looks were most eye-catching. It’s fantastic to see her on TV, having been on “Law & Order: LA” and “The Event”. Wow…today is my birthday and the day just keeps getting better with Happy Birthday Greetings from the nicest gals on the planet…yup the actresses we so adore.
