Once more I’m humbled by the presence of another big star on the ascendancy and she is the vivacious Patricia Isaac who is strikingly luscious on “Republic Of Doyle”. She also has the distinction of being on two fascinating shows which also includes the new series “Motive” alongside Kristin Lehman and Lauren Holly. In “Motive”, she’s all business-like as crown prosecutor Donna Rivers while her stint on “Republic Of Doyle” has seen her stirring mischief for private eye Jake Doyle. We all love the playful aspects in a lady and as Constable Monica Hayward, PATRICIA is so enchanting when she’s being an irritant to our hero Doyle. In episode 6 of Season 4 aptly named “Retribution”, she gets her comeuppance when she gets blindsided by a female art thief. Plus she gets all tied up and left hanging in her lingerie no less which no doubt will spark lots of adulation. In an interview, PATRICIA reckons she had a fun time on set and was even actively involved in a lot of the action scenes.
Known for her polite charm, being one of her supporters from half way around the world is me being drawn to her vivid beauty. It’s obvious from the PATRICIA ISAAC OFFICIAL SITE, her East-Indian heritage makes her resplendently alluring. She’s set to be a much-adored fixture on television and with good reason. An experiential performer who is also active on the indie scene, PATRICIA’s entry into fame has started rather swiftly.
It had to be a foxy blonde kicking off the Special Features I’m doing on Hotties gracing this week’s Toronto Film Festival 2011 and LUSIA STRUS is one comely lady indeed. She’s starring in the heartbreaking love story “Restless” (screens September 8th) as Rachel Cotton, one of the sisters of Annabel Cotton (Mia Wasikowska) whose romance with a boy is doomed from the start due to her tragic illness. An actress of the stage and film as well as a writer, LUSIA is proficient at depicting a host of characters with unique accents and splendidly with that husky, vampy voice of hers. Best remembered alongside Adam Sandler in “50 First Dates” as Alexa, the eccentric Russian animal handler. As you can see LUSIA is gorgeous but she incredibly invested into a more unappealing form to deliver first-rate hilarity. I urge you to watch her in the web series “Jack In A Box” (see clip above) where she combines an imposing sauciness with an amusingly wacky spirit. Wouldn’t you want to have your head buried in her boobs too…hehe.
LUSIA has appeared in many independent films (Stir of Echoes come to mind) and the TV shows such as “Early Edition”. Her fans view her as a vivid storyteller and over the years has made it an art at playing unconventional women tickling our funny bones in the process. She once stated, “I always wanted attention, and I realized I could make people laugh”…That she has achieved splendidly! Commuting regularly between New York and LA, as a consequence of her work on theatrical productions, it’s amazing that LUSIA finds time to connect with her many supporters including me. After her stint on Gus Van Sant’s “Restless”, expect the flurry of admiration to flow.
The pic (above) of ERIN MARIE HOGAN cupping her boobs right away affirms she’s sensuality personified. Lest you think she’s desirable largely due to her seductive pull, ERIN is also recognized as a fine young talent known for reeling in viewers with her vivid character interpretations. “Paranormal Entity” may have cashed in on the “Paranormal Activity” phenomenon but it’s the film that ERIN shone as Samantha, the girl who is beset by a demonic haunting. A scene stealing turn that jangles the nerves of those who’ve watched “Paranormal Entity” (even more so at night with the lights off) has led to quite the number of people raving about her. Regardless of the medium, this bewitching actress makes for absorbing viewing. When we start talking about drop dead gorgeous women, ERIN belongs right there at the very top and therefore a big reason why we should vote her as Playboy Miss Social August. Playboy’s platform to find fresh new faces via social media is yet another avenue to escalate our interest for the vampish ERIN. On the web, she’s in the provocative and bloody series “FemVamp.com” as well as the sci-fi meet hash high amusement of “Spacebong Beach Babes”…cue lots of shots of the voluptuous bikini-clad ERIN…:) On television we know her as a stunning sorority girl with dangerous intentions on “Femme Fatales”.
Hot with a capital ‘H’, she’s certainly entranced audiences in a variety of genres and you can check out her extensive work at the Erin Marie Hogan Official Site. An Audience Choice as well as Best Actress in a Drama for her turn in short film “The Confined” highlighted her deftness to convey a trouble psyche. On her plate recently, “Zombies and Assholes” sees her sharing dark-humored duties with fellow vixens Amber Bollinger and Jacqui Holland. Don’t forget to catch her in 2 episodes of “1000 Ways To Die” where people bite the dust in ways too weird to comprehend. A glowing incandescent beauty who has been compared to a mix of Ava Gardner and Christina Ricci, she’s developing into a ravishing performer with a beguiling earthiness.
Raquel Brussolo in “Deception”
When an actress maxes out at 5000 peeps on Facebook, majority of whom are her fans, you should get a idea of the magnitude of her popularity. Since I’m in the habit of loving beauties of the entertainment world, I have to applaud Executive Producer and Actress Raquel Brussolo on a tremendous feat. Whether you choose to believe or not that the admiration for an actress is measured by the number of friends she has on Facebook, the fact that people are clamoring to add her is incredible. I’m fortunate to have squeezed into her esteemed friends list and while she could easily create a Fan Page, it’s the personal account that Raquel imbues her personal touch. I know the NYLA Film Festival is lucky to have her especially when she’s starring in “Deception”. I believe she has the role of a husband stealer who is the catalyst for a woman’s breakdown into insanity. Wish i could get my hands on a trailer somewhere!!
She’s been in several indie features most notably Horrorween that had William Shatner, Lloyd Kaufman, Tom Savani, singer Alice Cooper and even porn legend Jenna Jameson in its star-laden cast. The searingly gorgeous Raquel has also sizzled as a model, singer as well as captivating on stage and taking the world by storm. Her multi-faceted background is as stunning as her beauty! It’s a matter of time before we are all touched by the ‘Raquel Brussolo Effect’…I know I have and she’s wonderful…:)
Heather Morris in “A Sense Of Humor”
While some are head over heels with Dianna Agron, your other favorite “Glee” Cheerleader Heather Morris should easily command devotion from legions of fans. Is it her thrillingly saucy dance moves? Is it the impressive way she delivers one-liners as Brittany? Or could it be her sensual cat-eye look that has us rooting for Team Heather? Lo and Behold, she’s going to steal countless hearts in the short film “A Sense of Humor” as a girl who cannot laugh due to a psychical defect. Quirkiness is right up her alley and with more projects in the works, she’s turning into a festival darling.
Jennifer Bogush in “Trio”
Jennifer Bogush is the consummate writer, co-producer and leading lady of the award winning drama “Trio” which also garnered multiple award nominations for its screenplay. Renowned as a playwright and screenwriter, she has a knack for creating vivid characters and watching her be the one in “Trio” to flesh out the forlorn Jess is hauntingly touching. Her many accomplishments tellingly reveal that she can stir audiences from behind the scenes yet I hope she continues her presence on film in a big way. Isn’t Jennifer the reason why we love indie actresses so much.
Ashley Barron in “The Collector”
If you haven’t seen her with comedian Rob Schneider in a hilariously entertaining scene before then make sure to check out the reel of sumptuous blonde Ashley Barron. She’s the naive girlfriend of Rob’s Iraqi Soldier character who gets more than she bargain for when pressed for sex….I couldn’t stop laughing at their humorous quips and boy do they have an amazing chemistry. She’s appearing in “The Collector”, the escapades of a nymphomaniac at the NYLA Film Fest and I can’t wait to see the whole thing! Isn’t it time we crave for sweetie pie Ashley Barron.
Jeannine Kaspar in “L.A. Love Story Part 1″
Setting the relationship-driven drama in Hollywood, a world of excess, where fame is fleeting and temptation inescapable ensures “L.A. Love Story Part 1″ ain’t no run-of-the-mill sentimentalism. Just like the harshness of “Reality Bites”, there’s a jarring tone especially when the casting director tells aspiring actress(the lovely Jeannine Kasper) to take off her top at an audition. The brunette shines in bleak roles having played the damaged daughter of Dr. Christian Troy in “Nip/Tuck” and a suicidal mom in indie hit “Paper Covers Rock”. She definitely has my undivided attention!
Anita Briem in “You, Me & The Circus”
Aside from the re-teaming of Clark Kent and Jimmy Olsen in Dylan Dog: Dead Of Night, Icelandic Honey Anita Briem would be the one very hot reason to catch the comic book adaptation. She makes me want to visit Iceland in a hurry; Have a relaxing soak in the thermal pools of Reykjavik and be in awe of the Northern Lights, attractions that have dubbed Iceland as God’s Country…;) And just as we are blessed with the heavenly beauty that is Miss Anita, we are treated to yet another moving performance from her in the romantic tale cum musical “You, Me & The Circus”.
Ivana Miličević in “All America Tooles”
With that unmistakable Euro Vixen charm, seductiveness has become a strong suit of Bosnian-american actress Ivana Miličević. She did play a Bond Girl in “Casino Royale” and I have a feeling she’s going to be all wolfish villainy in the upcoming “The Howling:Reborn”. Remember how Elisabeth Brooks was a picture of erotic evil as the werewolf pack leader Marsha Quist in the original….If Ivana is indeed cast as a sexy beast, she’ll probably tempt rabid fans of “The Howling” series. Until a trailer surfaces for her film “All American Tooles”, we’ll have sweet fantasies about her.
