Rising Starlet: Nina Hellman

The most enchanting women are rightly making the headlines and the beautiful Nina Hellman is one to covet in the months ahead. You can catch Nina in “Wet Hot American Summer”, the prequel to the indie cult hit of the same name. She reprises her role from the original in the 8-episode TV prequel as Nancy, the married counselor with a bad case of vaginal dryness. To refresh your memory, there’s scenes of her as Nancy in this reel of hers: https://vimeo.com/27723246 and the perfectly coiffed 70s curls which she sports again in the upcoming show is rather appealing. It even got an editor from Maxim magazine lauding her as good-looking which many will agree. Her return has been highly anticipated as were her other cast members such as Janeane Garofalo, David Hyde Pierce, Marguerite Moreau, Molly Shannon, Amy Poehler, Bradley Cooper, Paul Rudd, Elizabeth Banks, among others. With Netflix on a roll, this can only thrust the stars of its show lineup into the limelight further and bank on much success for Nina.

Fans of “Nurse Jackie” would have also seen her in a recurring role as the new nurse Mondra who is a tad eccentric in the final season. There has never been an a more exciting time than now to be a couch potato and the multi-faceted Nina ensures plenty of moments to cherish. She once took on the role of the infamous cradle snatcher Mary Kay Letourneau in a TV Movie, showcasing her acting chops in the skin of such a seductive and controversial newsmaker. Besides television, Nina has been applauded for her theatre work where she won an Obie Award or Off-Broadway Theater Award and audiences were deeply impressed by how funny she is. Due recognition is on the horizon for the serenely attractive Nina who could be one of this Summer’s most watchable talents.
