The feminine quotient in comedy is at its peak this year and it’s a must to be excited about up and coming comediennes such as Nicole I. Butler. She’s breathtakingly beautiful in the comedy short “Tales From The Toilet” as Ilana who is the blind date with a nerdy baseball fan and happens to be the girl of his dreams. Trouble ensue when he’s beset by bowel problems that threaten to ruin his date. Such a real-world problem but one never expects it to happen when it’s supposed to be one of the best days of your life with a shot at romance with a pretty paramour. Gorgeousness is most certainly one of Nicole’s endearing traits as are her ebullient facets whenever she takes to the screen.
While she played a minor part on a recent episode of “NCIS: New Orleans”, she’s set to return to the franchise in “NCIS” and that’s something we can all look forward to. She’ll also be prominently seen on the festival circuit as her horror short film “A Knock at the Door” has been a regular fixture most recently screening at this year’s Pasadena Film Festival. Nicole also has a supporting role in the thought-provoking drama “Nowhereland” directed and written by Robin Bain (who is a beloved figure on this blog) which centres on under-age prostitution. Her emergence on an array of genres is set to be appealing to a cross-section of viewers.
This midwest charmer should be primed to win over plenty of hearts and we can’t wait to see her blossom.
