ScreamFest 2017 Spotlight: The Women Of Dead Ant

We’ll be certainly screaming ourselves hoarse with the start of ScreamFest 2017 starting this week and horror is a genre where we fall at the feet of the most beguiling female talents. These lovely ladies are part of the zany creature feature “Dead Ant” that promises a comedy horror unlike anything we’ve seen before with giant killer ants wreaking havoc on a glam metal band’s road trip.

The hits keep coming for the captivating Sydney Sweeney and for those who are attending Screamfest, do catch her at the premiere for “Dead Ant” at the Chinese Theatres in Los Angeles this Tuesday! She plays Sam whose is quite the saucy firecracker!

A rising star in her own right, she’ll be playing pivotal roles in numerous high profile features including the Netflix dramedy “Everything Sucks”, the Amy Adams starring HBO series “Sharp Objects” and the Tribeca screened pilot “Manic”. Her sparkling run continues with Sydney being joined by Otmara Marrero from the current Crackle series “StartUp” who plays her lover in the psychological drama “Clementine”.

One could say the ravishing Natasha Blasick is going to be in the thick of the action in “Dead Ant”. Judging from the behind the scenes wire work video (above) she’s set to be one of the Scream Queens in the movie with her character Daisy battling some oversized critters a.k.a giant ants!

Known for her work on indie films with her recent one “Paying Mr McGetty” getting a warm approval, she’s also appearing in the comedy “All Star Weekend”. It has a star-studded cast which includes Robert Downey Jr, Jamie Foxx, Eva Longoria and Jeremy Piven. That can only boost Natasha’s profile in the coming months!
